New Chief Financial Officer for Cenit
With effect from January 1, 2024, the Cenit Supervisory Board appoints Axel Otto to the Management Board of the stock corporation. With the new mandate, Axel Otto will assume responsibility for Finance, Controlling, IT and Human Resources. Axelle Mazé, previously CFO of the Cenit Group, resigned from the Management Board for personal reasons.
The financial expert Axel Otto can look back on many years of strategically and operationally demanding management functions: Before his appointment as CFO of Cenit, Axel Otto was CFO of the Bretten-based, internationally active SAP partner Seeburger from 2018 to the end of 2023.
In addition to his professional strength, Axel Otto brings with him extensive knowledge of the IT and software industry. In previous years, his activities focused on the field of finance, including many years as a tax consultant and manager in consulting and financial services companies as well as several years in auditing at Deloitte Germany.
