CRM, Customer Relationship Management, is the management, design and control of a company's customer and supplier relationships (SRM, Supplier Relationship Management). Also used XM, Experience Management, and CX, Customer Experience, for the evaluation of the customer, supplier and employee experience.

Streamlining processes, cutting out old habits, and using new technologies and innovations - these are the typical leitmotifs for the changeover to S/4. In particular, the question arises here of how to proceed with CRM after the changeover.
At the annual press conference, SAP announced its intention to strengthen its ERP business and make cuts in CRM.
Serving both business and private customers is the core of any B2B2C strategy. This means that channels must be used, business models developed, and markets tapped. A hybrid sales model is indispensable here.
