NTT Data gets new Germany CEO
The IT consulting and services company NTT Data is under new management in Germany. Swen Rehders is also taking over responsibility for the national companies in Austria, Romania and Denmark.
Rehders has over 30 years of experience in the IT sector and has held various management positions at IBM and EDS, for example. Before joining NTT Data, he was responsible for global megadeals at Atos and most recently for the Manufacturing, Retail and Transport business unit.

"For me, NTT Data has the potential globally and especially in Germany to become one of the most important IT service providers"

"We are delighted to have Swen Rehders as our charismatic, sales-oriented CEO, who will drive forward the growth course we have embarked on in Germany. Germany is one of the most important markets for us globally and expanding our market position is a key success factor.
In particular, his extensive experience in sales and in supporting large, internationally active customers is an important lever for this. His experience in the field of inorganic growth (M&A) will also be of great benefit to our further expansion plans.
Mapelli explains the decision.
