Until now, integrating employee and organizational data from disparate systems has been complex and costly. The SuccessFactors People Central Hub now aims to solve this problem by consolidating this data from legacy systems into a central, cloud-based hub.
There, they are then integrated and deployed in SAP enterprise applications such as S/4 Hana. The scalable tool is designed to help SAP customers digitize HR and move to the cloud.
Preconfigured interfaces developed and maintained by SAP allow to reduce the costs and risks of expensive and complex point-to-point integration of employee and organizational data with other SAP enterprise systems.
Customers have the ability to quickly deploy the recently redesigned mobile app for iOS devices, developed through a partnership with Apple. The integration of legacy third-party core HR solutions with SAP solutions - including S/4 and Fieldglass - and better access to employee and organizational data across the enterprise can make it easier for customers to move to the cloud and digitize HR processes.
