Cloud CRM for steel pipes
In the search for a future-proof solution for the optimized management of sales activities, Salzgitter Mannesmann Line Pipe opted for the SAP Cloud for Customer solution and implementation with the consulting firm Sybit.
The steel tube expert, which itself produces exclusively in Germany, deliberately relies on data hosting in its own country in order to guarantee the security of customer data.
The decision to implement with Sybit, which realized the project reliably and quickly, was based on the recommendation of the Group's sister company KHS.
Mobile access to the data and a smooth connection to the SAP ERP system were further decisive factors in the selection of the right CRM solution.
