SAP Quality Award 2023

Wagner has been honored in the Business Transformation category of the SAP Quality Award 2023. With this award, the jury recognized the quality of a comprehensive customer experience project in the area of e-commerce that Wagner implemented together with the digital agency Sybit. Wagner implemented the SAP Commerce Cloud for all customer-related processes with the aim of building one of the best B2B industry webshops on the market. With Sybit as a partner, the global platform was initially developed and rolled out for three Wagner national companies after 18 months. Currently in go-live is a highly adapted version for the craftsman brand Titan in the USA. Three more portals are planned for 2023. The project teams on both sides are also pleased with the award: "The implementation of the SAP Quality Principles in this project together with Wagner was outstanding. The agile approach together with the involvement of the end customers and a very close cooperation across several departments was a key factor for the success of this SAP platform.
