Salt Software thus expands the group of companies which, in addition to Salt Solutions, previously included WSW Software and a minority interest in the Austrian company Knapp IT Solutions.

Software designed in this way is the basis for the rapid development and implementation of new, digital business models. Salt Software drives innovation through its own developments, but also through investments in companies such as the Berlin start-up M2MGo, a specialist for IoT services and projects, as well as through cooperations, for example, with the Fraunhofer Working Group for Supply Chain Services SCS, which created the business and IoT platform D4S (Data for Services).
For customers, nothing will change in the cooperation: the contact persons will remain the same, as will the proven structures. Salt Solutions and Salt Software work hand in hand.
