Qualtrics: Was there something?

But SAP is once again lacking adequate communication, roadmaps and educational work: This week, the UK & Ireland SAP User Group met in Birmingham. And there, a survey on the topic of "Qualtrics" was presented. It asked:
"Do you see SAP's acquisition of Qualtrics benefitting your organization?"
Forty-three percent of SAP's existing UK and Ireland customers were unaware of this eight billion euro purchase and 44 percent do not know the answer to the question (I would need further clarity on the product roadmap).
Six percent answered "yes" and seven percent "no." A proverbial Waterloo for SAP!
US analyst Josh Greenbaum could be right: SAP C/4, including all acquisitions and add-ons, will be scrapped in favor of Microsoft Dynamics CRM due to the Adobe-Microsoft-SAP partnership.
Qualtrics is sold at a loss, C/4 is discontinued and the successful Hybris becomes independent again. Another negative trend of SAP was also confirmed this week in Birmingham:
Following the disastrous Net Promoter Score from SAP's 2018 Annual Report (hardly anyone recommends SAP) and the DSAG Summer Survey (no trust in SAP's roadmaps), the UK & Ireland SAP User Group now presented that only eight percent of its members still consider SAP a trusted advisor.
23 percent said "SAP is one of many technology partners," 16 percent said "SAP is just a transactional technology partner," but still 53 percent described SAP as a "reliable technology partner."
As the Englishman and Irishman would say: Room for improvement! It is obvious: SAP has lost contact and trust with its own existing customers - not a good starting point for 2020 and the ambitious plans of Christian Klein and Jennifer Morgan.
