Roland Abel becomes Head of Employee Experience

Qualtrics, provider of experience management software, appoints Roland Abel as new Head of Employee Experience (EX) Growth and Strategy DACH.
An HR expert in employee engagement, Abel brings extensive research and practical experience in the areas of best practices, risks and success factors of employee surveys. Abel looks back on more than twelve years of experience in the field of Employee Experience.
"My overarching ambition is to work with clients to develop modern solutions for surveying their employees and to make the most of the added value of Qualtrics technology"
Abel says.
To this end, he acts as a link between HR departments and the Qualtrics platform to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
"The motto here is that if you want to promote a culture of good listening, you must first - and continue - to listen carefully yourself."
Abel helps Qualtrics customers collect experience data that reflects the beliefs and experiences of their employees. In addition to operational data from sales, finance, or human resources, executives of global corporations increasingly rely on experience data from employees, customers, and market participants to make business decisions.
This is a competitive advantage, because many companies still rely on the classic annual survey. But they should ask their employees for their opinion at every important stage.
