Concur Appoints Sales Manager for Switzerland
Bruno Guggenheim is now sales manager Switzerland at Concur.
In his new role, he assumes responsibility for existing and new client business with the goal of significantly growing Concur's Swiss team and local client base. Guggenheim has been with the company for six years.
Prior to his position as Head of Sales, he worked in Switzerland as Regional Sales Executive and member of the extended DACH Leadership Team. Prior to that, Bruno Guggenheim held various positions at IBM, Dell and Avaya, where he was responsible for senior sales and management tasks.
"Switzerland is an important market for Concur and one in which we will be investing more heavily, especially as we work more closely with SAP. The appointment of Bruno Guggenheim as Regional Sales Manager is a logical step for us.

Diana Coso heads Axians Group in Germany
After a year of realignment and rebranding, Axians Germany has a new management team. Diana Coso, a long-time manager who is well-versed in the ICT market, took over management of the company network in April 2017.
She began her IT career in 1989 at HP in Ulm, Germany. Her national and international management functions at HP included Director Service Sales, Strategy & Planning, Change Management and Channel Service Business Director EMEA.
Coso was then able to expand her wealth of experience in the areas of software and cloud at Microsoft. Most recently, she worked at Dell EMC, where she was responsible for partner sales as a member of the executive board for the last two years. Her focus here was on digitization in the channel and development into the third platform.
"Taking on this responsibility at Axians is ideal for me. Because the mix of system house expertise, combined with the strength of the industrial parent company like Vinci Energies, is unique in the market. As part of the rebranding, the companies Axians IT Solutions (formerly Fritz & Macziol) and Axians IT Security (formerly Crocodial) were renamed. They are now widely visible as part of the Axians network.
Microsoft Switzerland: New key account business manager
The new head of Microsoft Switzerland's key account business is Simone Frömming, effective immediately. She reports directly to CEO Marianne Janik.
Frömming joins Microsoft Switzerland from cloud infrastructure provider VMware Germany. She will also sit on the executive board of Microsoft Switzerland. Frömming has been active in the ICT industry for more than 25 years. She launched her career in the 1990s at IBM Germany, where she worked for ten years. She then moved to Ixos and Oracle, where she worked as a sales executive.
After four years as Managing Director at the distributor Tech Data Deutschland and various international management positions at T-Systems and the ABB subsidiary Ventyx, she joined VMware Germany as Country Manager in 2014.
NALL4Cloud has a new co-CEO
Wolfgang Kröner joined the management team at the beginning of April 2017. Together with Henrik Hausen, he will henceforth steer the fortunes of the IT service provider.
Kröner is a "driving man" when it comes to IT and SAP. In total, he can look back on more than 20 years of SAP experience. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President for the global SAP Cloud business at NTT Data Business Solutions/Itelligence and was Co-Lead of NTT Data's SAP Center of Excellence for SAP Cloud Solutions.
He also held management positions at Schmidt, Vogel & Partner Consult and at TDS (Fujitsu). Co-CEO Henrik Hausen: "Wolfgang Kröner knows the SAP environment inside out. In addition, he has a lot of international experience."
Marcel Dobler is the new president of ICTSwitzerland
National Councillor Marcel Dobler was unanimously elected as the new President of ICTSwitzerland at the Assembly of Delegates.
Dobler succeeds Ruedi Noser, member of the Council of States, who had presided over the umbrella organization since 2009. The new Vice President is National Councilor Franz Grüter.
Noser developed ICTSwitzerland into a strong voice of the ICT industry with 27 member companies and 21 member associations. Under Noser's leadership, the professional association ICT-Berufsbildung Schweiz was established.
Dobler is a founding member of the successful Swiss ICT company Digitec and was its CEO for 13 years. The delegates' meeting re-elected the entire board for the next two years.
Two SAP experts for new Salzburg site
The Swiss SAP consulting firm Retail Solutions has opened its first office in Austria. The Salzburg office is headed by two experienced SAP managers.
Christian Hager worked at SAP Austria for ten years. He then moved to the SAP partner community and most recently worked for Axians ICT Austria. Roland Baumschlager started his career as a developer in a trading company before becoming an SAP consultant and then managing director of SAP partner myCon.
Most recently, he was responsible for SAP Business Development at Axians ICT Austria.
The SAP User Group Network has elected Gianmaria Perancin as chairman. Sugen is an umbrella organization of SAP user groups with 20 country organizations. Perancin comes from the French-speaking USF, where he serves as Vice Chairman for International Relations.
The German IT service provider K&P has a new Head of Sales in Felix Asgari since the beginning of 2017. He had already taken over the position on an interim basis in September 2016. As one of three division managers, he now forms the management team at K&P Computer.
Enterprise cloud company ServiceNow appoints Daniel Österbergh as Vice President Channel & Alliances EMEA. In this role, he plans to expand the channel business. He wants to

Infor, the provider of industry-specific cloud applications, has appointed Jörg Jung as its new Managing Director and Managing Director Central and East Europe. A native of Kiel, Germany, Jung began his career at SAP in Walldorf. Most recently, Jung was Managing Director of Unit4.
Lukas Hostettler manages Tangro's newly founded location in Bern. The graduate in business informatics has great expertise in the process automation of incoming documents in the SAP environment and looks back on many years of experience in business management.
Christian Unglaub is the new Managing Director for Austria at Voquz IT. He has been an authorized signatory in the group since 2011 and has since been responsible for sales in Austria as Regional Manager. He is now the second Managing Director alongside Helmut Fleischmann to lead the fortunes of VoquzIT Solutions in Austria.
