Boomi, a cloud-based integration and automation company, is expanding its partnership with ServiceNow to provide advanced data activation capabilities integrated into the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric.

As part of this collaboration, Boomi will serve as a launch partner for the „ServiceNow Workflow Data Network Passport Program,“ making it easier for customers to seamlessly access Boomi’s integration and data enablement capabilities and use them directly within the ServiceNow AI Platform.

Workflow Data Fabric

Together, Boomi and ServiceNow are expanding the connectivity reach of the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric—enabling companies to integrate enterprise systems and data outside of ServiceNow, so that teams and AI agents can work with the real-time data needed to scale in the age of agent-based AI.

„ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric stands out for integrating trusted, context-aware data into the ServiceNow platform for workflows and agents that drive the business, and Boomi, with its cloud-native iPaaS and comprehensive data connectivity solutions, is a leader in enterprise connectivity,“ says Pramod Mahadevan, VP of Data and Analytics Product Ecosystem at ServiceNow.

Through this partnership, Boomi is expanding ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric: Data can be connected across enterprise systems outside of ServiceNow, enabling real-time access via the Workflow Data Fabric. Trusted, synchronized data is delivered via the Boomi Data Hub to provide high-quality master data for ServiceNow workflows and agents.

„The future of enterprise AI will be shaped by,
how well companies manage their data through their systems
can activate and control it remotely,
”who run their businesses."

Steve Lucas,
Chairman and CEO,
Boomi

Following Snowflake and RaptorDB

ServiceNow Zero Copy enables the transfer of data from legacy systems to hybrid environments such as Snowflake and RaptorDB. The partnership also simplifies procurement and deployment, allowing customers to leverage Boomi’s capabilities under a unified business model.

Lightedge, a mutual customer of ServiceNow and Boomi, is using this combined approach to modernize its CRM and integration landscape. By combining Boomi and ServiceNow, Lightedge replaced several outdated integration tools and consolidated its architecture into a unified, AI-powered platform. This transformation enabled the company to streamline complex workflows, improve data transparency, and support the transition to a modern, agent-based CRM environment.

Modernizing Complex Processes

By combining the ServiceNow AI Platform with Boomi’s integration and data enablement capabilities, companies will be able to modernize complex processes—such as CRM transformation—by enabling a seamless flow of data across systems, right where the work takes place in ServiceNow.

„The future of enterprise AI will not be determined solely by models, but by how well companies can activate and manage their data across the systems that power their businesses,“ says Steve Lucas, Chairman and CEO of Boomi. „Together with ServiceNow, we offer customers a unified way to integrate data into workflows, apply governance, and coordinate execution at scale. That’s what transforms AI from experimentation into real operational impact.“ (Source: Boomi)
