New Head of Human Resources for SAP Switzerland and Austria
In his expanded area of responsibility, he will drive forward the HR strategy for both countries. Enrico Palumbo has worked in human resources for over 20 years, during which time he has held various management and advisory roles in different countries in Europe and Asia.
Enrico Palumbo joined SAP in 2002. He initially worked in personnel development and the European HR Shared Services program before taking on the role of HR Manager at the SAP Business Services Centre -Europe in Prague. In 2007, Enrico Palumbo left SAP and worked for Accenture as a Consulting Manager and as Global Head of Business Solutions and Infrastructure at UniCredit Group, where he drove the development of HR Shared Services.
After returning to SAP in 2010, he held various senior HR positions before joining SAP Switzerland as HR Director in 2016, a role he held until 2019. Following his engagement in Switzerland, Enrico Palumbo took on a role in the global HR organization. There, he was Head of HR Development for the Executive Board area of Human Resources until he took on the role of Head of HR at Delos Cloud, a German start-up founded by SAP, in spring 2022. With his international experience in HR, Enrico Palumbo will be an asset.
