Intuitively create SAP documents

How do companies provide these employees with easy and intuitive access to enter data and automatically create documents needed for the process?

With modern software modules such as Dox42 or Theobald Software, intuitive interfaces for automating SAP document creation can be configured without much programming effort, e.g. in interaction with MS Office or SharePoint.

The user does everything in the chat interface and the personalized document is automatically created, stored in SharePoint and sent.
