The solutions are the extended Fujitsu Integrated System Primeflex for SAP Hana and Primeflex for SAP Landscapes solutions powered by FlexFrame Orchestrator Management Software.

Both are certified by SAP and enable both simple implementation and efficient operation of SAP infrastructures for processing large volumes of data.

The new products stand for a decisive reduction in complexity and costs, both during installation and afterwards, so that users can benefit from the flexibility, security and all other potentials of a scalable SAP environment without compromises - ideal conditions for future growth.

The workload-specific Fujitsu Primeflex Integrated Systems have been specially modified for SAP Hana scale-out deployments with databases where the capacity of a single server is not sufficient.

Fujitsu is now the first provider in the market to offer a solution that reduces the number of separate physical data lines that were previously unavoidable in a scale-out installation from three or more to just a single 100 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) connection.

This also reduces the number of switch ports required by at least three times. The result is significantly easier implementation and problem-free operation of a reliable, high-performance infrastructure, with which users are ideally equipped for future requirements in terms of big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) applications as well as for further S/4 Hana deployments.

The improved Primeflex for SAP Hana and Primeflex for SAP Landscapes are delivered to the user as ready-to-use, integrated systems. They receive predefined and thoroughly tested Intel Xeon Skylake-based packages consisting of Primergy servers, storage systems, network connectivity and the corresponding software.

This enables companies to quickly implement their infrastructure, comprehensively manage complex SAP environments and thus increase their added value.

Award for Hana services

Fujitsu was recently recognized as one of the leading providers of services for Hana and S/4 Hana in Germany. In the third edition of "Provider Lens Germany - Hana Services", the market research and consulting company ISG ranked Fujitsu in the top group of providers in five out of six categories.

In the report, ISG evaluated the capabilities and performance of 35 global providers of Hana services. This was based on criteria such as the strategy and vision of the respective company, its innovative strength, brand awareness and presence in individual regions.

The market experts also evaluated factors such as the breadth and depth of the service offering, the partner landscape and technological expertise.
