E-world Energy & Water

This year's E-world Energy & Water will focus on products and services from the fields of energy services, energy trading, generation, supply, mobility and storage technologies that point the way to a sustainable, decarbonized energy supply. Information technology plays a key role in the progress of the energy transition.
The integration of renewable energies brings with it new challenges in terms of control, monitoring and optimization. Exhibitors from the fields of software development, consulting and computer services will therefore be presenting solutions such as intelligent power grids and smart meters at E-world, which enable real-time data analysis and grid stability. The specialist forums in the exhibition halls will address other IT topics that are of key importance for the energy transition.
This includes IT security, in particular the implementation of the new NIS2 Directive, which aims to secure critical infrastructures. The use of artificial intelligence is also being discussed, which can not only increase the efficiency of the energy supply, but also improve grid stability through predictive analyses.
