Data-based analyses indispensable in the consulting process

In the process, the consulting companies helped their customers digitize processes and establish new business models. During this time, however, not only the client companies have changed, but also the consulting firms themselves and their project and service offerings.
The diversity of the consulting team and qualifications has increased significantly, software solutions are becoming increasingly important in the consulting process, and the way projects are implemented is changing. Consulting and software companies have reacted to this and pushed ahead with the development of analysis tools.
These tools enable consulting firms to produce rapid analyses for their clients and monitor improvements over the period of the project or even beyond. This is the result of the Lünendonk study "Management Consulting in Germany", which is conducted annually by the market research company Lünendonk & Hossenfelder.
