CDO Aachen 2020 - With system to success
To ensure that digitization solutions deliver sustainable digitization benefits, companies must align their strategy, processes and infrastructure on the basis of a digital architecture. This involves taking into account the strategic business and customer requirements for the digital transformation of business models, products and processes.
Interested parties will receive impulses and solution approaches at the CDO Aachen 2020 "Digital Architecture Management - With System to Success" on November 12 and 13, 2020 in the Smart Logistics cluster on the RWTH Aachen campus.
Questions explored include three broad topics: strategic alignment of business and IT ("How can the business be best supported by IT in the enterprise?"); alignment of processes and IT ("What is the optimal interaction of processes and IT in the enterprise?"); and alignment between business and technology ("What new technologies, such as 5G and AI, can I use to profitably drive my business?").
Visitors will learn how corporate culture and a sustainable orientation of the IT landscape influence each other, what the appropriate architecture for the interaction of IT systems in order processing looks like, how new technologies can be used sensibly in the company and what use cases there are for them.
