Sinch has a scalable platform for messaging, voice and video. Sinch will acquire all assets and intellectual property of SDI. The purchase price is €225 million free of cash and liabilities.
SDI goes "the last mile" to connect businesses, software solutions, customers, employees and IoT endpoints. With the acquisition, Sinch strengthens its customer intimacy and business operations, as well as its product and engineering resources in the United States.
