All for One Steeb is a service provider for HR and HR IT. The further development of talent management is increasingly becoming the focus of HR, and All for One Steeb AG is responding to this development by acquiring all shares in TalentChamp Consulting.
Today, the company is regarded as a proven talent management and cloud specialist in the DACH region with many years of SuccessFactors expertise. Its business model focuses on implementation projects for medium-sized and large companies, as well as solution packages with preconfigured SuccessFactors modules and an end-to-end support concept at fixed prices.
While one of the founders and partners, Michael Repnik, will concentrate on the management of LearnChamp Consulting, which will remain independent, Christoph Gerhold, also a founder and partner, will continue to work for the company as Managing Director after the takeover.
