As Austria's largest industry gathering for the HR community, Zukunft Personal Austria will provide impulses and instructions for action under the motto "Re://boost HR - creating a new mindset" with over 120 exhibitors and around 150 speakers.

What skills do tomorrow's leaders need? What leadership tasks arise in the environment of digital decision-makers and bots?

Isabella Mader will address these questions in her keynote address on the second day of the trade fair. Mader is a board member of the Excellence Institute, Executive Advisor of the Global Peter Drucker Forum and lecturer at several universities.

On the first day of the fair, gamification expert Johanna Pirker will present design methods and gamification as a motivator in various non-gaming areas and talk about the potential of immersive and motivating technologies such as virtual, augmented or mixed reality.
