At the subsequent constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board, Snabe is then to be elected Chairman. He intends to reduce the number of his mandates until the Annual Shareholders' Meeting so that he can devote the time required to chair the Supervisory Board at Siemens.
To avoid conflicts of interest, Snabe is also to resign from his seat on the Supervisory Board of SAP.
