Customer Competence Engagement at Summit 2023
With the content for the SAP Competence Center Summit in Salzburg we have E-3 Edition February 2023 started. Since this launch, numerous articles have been published on the E-3 platform by the partners, exhibitors and sponsors.
This E-3 Extra is available as a printed magazine for Summit attendees and after a Registration on our new website as a download from July 1 of this year. With this, we have summarized the most important aspects of the work on SAP Basis.
Parallel to Summit releases via website, Newsletter, social media and print, we also held four roundtable discussions in advance about the E-3 YouTube channel organized as a livestream. These talks are available free of charge via YouTube and contain important supplementary information.
In the E-3 June 2023 issue reads about the explosive changes to the SAP PKL: During a grace period of 90 days until July 16, 2023, companies can continue to purchase the SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management for ERP Customers (# 7018538) flat rate, even though it is already no longer included on the SAP price list.
Without the 9000 euro S/4 flat rate, there will be no product conversion for SAP existing customers in the future. An initial overview of the change in the PKL can be found in the current Round Table "Licenses on the E-3 YouTube channel. On May 16, the E-3 video study featured discussions with licensing experts Dr. Jana Jentzsch and Dr. Michael Sandmeier, among others.

Jana Jentzsch will also deliver a keynote at the SAP Competence Center Summit 2023 Salzburg on Thursday, June 1, and Michael Sandmeier will be represented at the summit with a partner booth and expert presentation. The two-day event in Salzburg will provide ample opportunity to discuss the impact of the latest SAP PKL.
