Digital Experience Services
Lünendonk and Hossenfelder: The providers of DXS
The company impressed with its comprehensive digital experience portfolio in all three segments examined in the study: Digital Technology Services, Digital Consulting and Digital Agency Services. Following the establishment of the NTT Design Network for the creative and innovative development of digital products and services in 2020, the company was ranked sixth in the Lünendonk rankings last year. Around 60 percent of companies, according to the survey by market research and consulting firm Lünendonk and Hossenfelder, work more with external service providers to develop and implement digital solutions.
The providers of digital experience services (DXS) increased their revenues by more than 15 percent on average. The industry remains optimistic for 2023 and expects average growth of almost 18 percent in the digital experience segment. In addition to the ongoing shortage of IT specialists, a key driver of the high demand for digital experience service providers is the increasing complexity of digitization projects, which makes it difficult for client companies to coordinate specialized IT service providers efficiently. The need for integrated services from a single source is growing. Study author Mario Zillmann, Partner at Lünendonk and Hossenfelder, comments: "Full-service providers are becoming strategic partners when it comes to implementing the digital transformation of customer companies at the required speed."
Stefan Hansen, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of NTT Data DACH, said: "We are delighted to be ranked as a top 4 DXS provider. It confirms our strategy to accompany organizations in their digital transformation into a connected future that puts people at the center. Only on a strong technological basis and with a focus on people and their needs can sustainable digital business models be built."
“We are delighted with the placement. It confirms the strategy of accompanying organizations in their digital transformation.“
