Laying the groundwork isn’t as fun as clapping back on Twitter or devising a TV-style Sapphire keynote, I get it. It can seem exhausting or even daunting if you don’t know where to start (or if your predecessor didn’t bother with solid groundwork). However, laying the necessary groundwork before tweeting or unleashing another buzzword on SAP customers could go a long way – and here’s why.
