Virtual vehicle
The management and SAP consultancy MHP, together with the Munich-based company Innoactive, is presenting a milestone in visualization technology: Innoactive's XR streaming platform enables large amounts of data to be transferred quickly and without loss to XR end devices - for example to the Apple Vision Pro. The basis for this is the Nvidia Omniverse developer platform. This enables the comprehensive creation and simulation of complex 3D models. MHP and Innoactive are working on continuous further development as part of an existing license agreement with Volkswagen and Porsche.
The detailed and photorealistic representation of a vehicle is complex and includes the implementation of animations and functions on the model - the basis for an impressive and immersive 3D experience. Therefore, MHP prepared original visualization data and converted all variants and animations into the Nvidia Omniverse. The currently prepared model offers impressive possibilities: Different variants of the new Porsche 911 can be shown via AI-supported voice control.
