Unconventional software for the new working world

Exhibitors such as Persis, Tisoware, SIS Evosoft EDV, Workflow EDV and Schuhfried will be demonstrating the services that modern HR software is now capable of.

Stan Krause, Managing Director of Netzinkubator Software, will be presenting his FIRElease software on the Start-up Stage.

This product makes it possible to schedule staff in real time. Delayed availability notifications should therefore be a thing of the past.

Corporate Learning & Working

Digitalization has also long since arrived in the field of continuing education and is causing massive changes.

In the new special area Corporate Learning & Working, Prof. Winfried Sommer and Prof. Uwe Beck, two professional learning experts, will provide a top-class program.

Christoph Schmidt-Mårtensson, founder and managing director of the media company Create.21st century, explains how companies can optimize their management throughout the entire recruiting and onboarding process.

In addition to its many benefits, such as speeding up processes and simplifying day-to-day work, IT-based HR management also brings with it difficulties - just think of the fierce debates surrounding data protection.

Every HR specialist should therefore have a solid knowledge of employment law and the most important current regulations.

Legal experts will therefore keep the trade fair audience up to date with updates on new labor law regulations and current judgments on the new HR & Law platform.

The two lawyers Oliver Walther and Gerold Pawelka, for example, will give talks on data security and the latest EU requirements.

Business Angelina" Selma Prodanovic, Wolfgang Mazal, Professor of Labor and Social Law at the University of Vienna, and former Austrian ski jumping coach Alexander Pointner have already been confirmed as keynote speakers for the event.

Beauty contest

The Austrian Employment Market Service is contributing to the program with a panel discussion entitled "Companies in the Beauty Contest".

Johannes Kopf, CEO of AMS Austria, Ekkehard Veser, Managing Director DACH at Kununu, and Brigitte Kosits, expert for employer branding, discuss the topic of rating platforms and how companies should deal with the anonymous ratings from Kununu and Co.

Networking is one of the most important things to do at a trade fair. Targeted opportunities to establish new contacts are offered, for example, in the discussion rounds at the MeetingPoint or at the traditional exhibitor evening.

On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Personal Austria this year, the latter will also be open to trade fair visitors and interested professional colleagues.
