New standards for execution management
Celonis announces Celonis Multi-Event Log. The company offers its customers an innovation that sets a new standard in execution management systems by automatically analyzing and optimizing the interactions between interconnected business processes. The system measures the current execution capacity, identifies execution gaps and then prioritizes the most relevant gaps. The system then provides recommendations for action or closes these gaps through automation in real time.
Traditional process mining offers customers significant added value by identifying and eliminating execution gaps in one process at a time. However, in many business areas, a bottleneck or gap in one process in turn affects other upstream or downstream processes. At the same time, with individual process logs, it is almost impossible to understand the relationship between multiple orders and their impact on key customer metrics. Closing the execution gap in a purchase-to-pay process and fully optimizing cash flow requires a complete picture that captures all interconnected processes. With Celonis' Multi-Event Log, this is now possible.
