Compliance tool for HR departments

Nexus/Enterprise Solutions (Nexus/EPS) has developed a new compliance tool for HR departments. Employers can use it to automate the information and verification obligations incumbent on them (e.g. to implement special occupational safety measures) instead of implementing and documenting them manually in local processes as was previously the case.

As an add-on to the Nexus personnel file, the new tool also offers various tutorials on individual training content and provides a certificate in the personnel file to prove that the training has been successfully completed. Digital compliance processes can be initiated centrally with proof at the touch of a button.

They are made available to employees in a decentralized manner via the web browser. An automated reminder process helps employees to complete their obligations on time. By linking back to the HR master data in SAP HCM, the tool retrieves information on which training measures need to be carried out for each individual employee.
