Two company acquisitions in June alone
Both companies, which together employ more than 500 people, will in future be fully part of the Itelligence Group.
As an SAP Channel Partner Gold, the SAP consulting firm ITML was one of the most important partners of SAP and CRM specialists in German-speaking countries. In addition to SAP consulting and implementation for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the company's core competencies already include experience with SAP's new Customer Engagement Solutions (CEC).
The BIT.Group is characterized by an innovative service portfolio for national and international customers. The multi-certified SAP partner offers a comprehensive range of SAP services.
The BIT.Group has been operating as an SAP cloud service provider since 2007 and delivers SAP application management services, SAP solution manager consulting and technical services related to new technologies such as Hana and the operation of large cloud infrastructures in the steadily growing end customer segment.
Following the acquisitions, Itelligence is focusing on continuity. All employees and the management teams will be retained. Through the acquisitions, the Bielefeld-based company is consolidating its position as one of the leading IT service providers in Germany with a strong focus on cloud and SAP managed services on the one hand and in the booming area of customer engagement & commerce and omnichannel on the other.
Lars Janitz, EVP, Head of Global Managed Services, Itelligence:
"SAP's strategy intensifies the need for innovative managed cloud services including efficient and scalable application management services."
