Tuning for the AI Assistant Joule
SAP has added new powerful functions to its generative AI-based assistant Joule. These include specialized AI agents that work together to solve complex tasks across different disciplines. Joule as the AI assistant can now also handle cooperative multi-agent systems. These new features are designed to help Joule solve 80 percent of the most common SAP tasks more efficiently and are seamlessly integrated into the overall enterprise portfolio.
In these multi-agent systems, AI agents with specialized expertise take on specific tasks in complex business processes. They work with other specialized AI agents and dynamically adapt their strategies to jointly achieve their goals across different business units. This breaks down silos and increases productivity, as the AI agents allow employees to focus on tasks that only require human skills.
SAP Knowledge Graph
A new semantic DB will be available via SAP Datasphere and Joule in the first quarter of 2025: The Knowledge Graph draws on SAP's rich business data and is designed to provide users with deeper business insights by seamlessly representing relationships and contexts across the SAP data landscape. The solution reduces the complexity of manual data modeling by providing predefined relationships between different business units such as orders, invoices or customers. Through SAP's specialized business semantics, the solution reduces the risk of inaccurate or irrelevant results. This allows companies to use generative AI more effectively without having to worry about the accuracy of the underlying data.
