SAP Solution: Relationship Management

A message in a bottle is the ultimate in anachronism in our information and communication society. It is neither "realtime" like Hana nor interactive like Fiori.
Following the E-3 Cover Story April 2018, analyst Frank Niemann (PAC, Munich), Ben Herrmann (variant expert, PhD student TU Vienna), David Sappl (GE Power) and Erich Schaarschmidt as well as Susanne Henkel (SAE) met for a roundtable discussion at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft in Munich. The moderator was E-3 Editor-in-Chief Peter Färbinger.
The "right" relationship management is the cornerstone of success in almost every industry. We also collect data and inform ourselves about our business partners.
CAD data are the basic framework. The variant configuration is the individual offer to the customer. Added to this are good relationship management and pricing. Until an ERP system is a satisfactory quotation and sales system, it needs many adaptations. SAP partner SAE has solved this Gordian knot. Peter M. Färbinger, E-3 Magazine, spoke with the managing directors Susanne Henkel and Erich Schaarschmidt.
Whether the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is overdue, just in time, or overshoots the mark will keep legal and IT experts busy for a long time to come. But one thing is already certain: online loses and print wins!

Working on the SAP basis is crucial for successful S/4 conversion.

This gives the Competence Center strategic importance for existing SAP customers. Regardless of the S/4 Hana operating model, topics such as Automation, Monitoring, Security, Application Lifecycle Management and Data Management the basis for S/4 operations.

For the fourth time, E3 magazine is organizing a summit for the SAP community in Salzburg to provide comprehensive information on all aspects of S/4 Hana groundwork.
