SuccessFactors HCM Suite

SuccessFactors offers customers a new product world for HR processes - professionally from the SAP Cloud. The suite offers, among other things, talent management, recruiting, onboarding and master data management in Employee Central.

Thanks to standardized best-practice processes, solutions are quickly introduced at the customer's site. Access is exclusively via web interfaces. This makes the solution suitable for location-independent use.

Operation is intuitive and fully geared to the user and his or her needs in the working world, and is of course also available on a mobile basis. The first customers have already successfully implemented SuccessFactors projects with Gisa.

Of particular interest to customers is the integration with an existing SAP system. Gisa has been implementing SAP projects in the HCM environment for more than 20 years.
