NTT Data restructures its management team
Ralf Malter, previously a member of the Management Board responsible for Automotive and Manufacturing and Head of Digital Business Solutions (DBS) in DACH, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NTT Data.
NTT Data has reshuffled its management team to grow even more as a business innovation and transformation partner for enterprises in the future.
In this position, Ralf Malter will manage all of NTT Data's service lines in the future and push the company's positioning as a business innovation and transformation partner.
He is committed to expanding NTT Data's portfolio of services through new solutions and technologies, excellence in delivery and a focus on innovation.
As part of the reorganization of the management, Dieter Loewe has left the company. Ilka Friese continues to manage finance and human resources as Chief Finance Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Swen Rehders remains responsible for Business Development and Strategy.
Introducing the new management team, Stefan Hansen, CEO of NTT Data DACH since February 2020, said:

Maximilian Brandl becomes new CEO of Salt Solutions
Maximilian Brandl takes over the position of CEO of Salt Solutions from Dieter Heyde. As a proven digitization expert, Maximilian Brandl will decisively shape the strategy and service offering for the digitization of the supply chain and further expand it among customers.
Dieter Heyde moves to the Supervisory Board. About his new position as CEO Maximilian Brandl says:
"There are currently a great many opportunities opening up in logistics and production, for example through increasing networking and cross-company collaboration in the supply chain.
This trend is accelerated by new technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation and virtual and augmented reality, through to robotics and driverless transport systems.
Many current cross-company alliances and international standards are another catalyst for the new and important IoT platforms and new data-based business models.

Maximilian Brandl is well prepared for the diverse tasks as CEO at Salt Solutions. In his previous position as CEO, he worked for Eplan and Cideon. Prior to that, he was with SAP Germany as a member of the Executive Board.
Julia Wagner new at Tech Data Austria
In the future, Julia Wagner will strengthen the Tech Data Austria team as Digital Marketing Manager and will be primarily responsible for the development and deployment of the new digital marketing tools.
A native of Lower Austria, she is a graduate of IMC FH Krems - both Business Management and E-Business Management as well as Tourism and Leisure Management - and has gained diverse experience in the past at Österreich Werbung and Humanbrand Media, among others.
She joined Tech Data at the end of 2018 as a Sales and Marketing Consultant for the Modern Workplace division. An avid photographer and nature lover, Julia Wagner is very positive about her new job at Tech Data:
"I discovered my passion for marketing during a semester abroad in Helsinki and am now looking forward to building up and establishing Digital Marketing in Austria.
Based on my experience, I will work with my colleagues to develop new digital marketing strategies and offer innovative and creative digital marketing tools to our partners."
Elisabeth De Dobbeleer leads Cisco partner business
Elisabeth De Dobbeleer has been appointed by Cisco to lead its partner organization for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR). Previously, she was vice president and deputy general counsel for Cisco EMEAR.
An experienced international executive, Elisabeth De Dobbeleer has held numerous positions at the global and regional level in Legal, Business Operations and Services over the past 18 years at Cisco.
In her new role, she is responsible for developing strategic growth initiatives and transformation programs to advance Cisco's partner business.
For a joint profitable business, Elisabeth De Dobbeleer will work closely with Cisco's channel partners and global partner organization.

New executives at Qlik
Poornima Ramaswamy, James Fisher, Joe DosSantos and Ruthann Wry are new to Qlik's C-level management team.
Poornima Ramaswamy was previously vice president of AI and Analytics at Cognizant and is now Qlik vice president of Strategic Clients. James Fisher, previously senior vice president of strategic marketing at Qlik, takes over as chief product officer, leading the Global Products division.
Joe DosSantos takes on the newly created position of Chief Data Officer and is now responsible for comprehensive data analytics.
Ruthann Wry, a longtime HR executive at Qlik, becomes chief people officer.
Martin Biggs has been appointed vice president and general manager of the EMEA region at Spinnaker Support. Most recently with IBM, Biggs will be based in London with responsibility for regional sales, partnerships and customer relations.
Steven Wernike has been appointed to Centric's Executive Board. In his new role, the finance and IT expert, who has already worked for Centric for ten years, will primarily drive the internationalization of the SAP HCM Add Ons business area.
Chrystal Taylor is welcomed as the newest member of Solarwinds' well-known Head Geeks team. Taylor has worked as the Managed Services Team Lead at Loop1, a training and services company, for the past three years.
Wolfgang Huber is Cohesity's new Head of Business Development for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). Huber brings more than 20 years of experience in IT sales and partnerships for software, cloud and data management.
Holger Maul has been appointed Deskcenter's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The industry insider and IT expert has taken over as CEO of the software house. With this, Deskcenter wants to push the internationalization of the company.
Mike Berry has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of NetApp. Berry joins NetApp from McAfee, where he also served as chief financial officer. He brings deep knowledge of the technology and software industries.
