Cesar Cernuda joins NetApp as president

Cesar Cernuda has been named president of NetApp. Cesar Cernuda will lead global commercialization activities in sales, marketing, services, and support.
In his role as NetApp president, Cernuda will evolve NetApp's commercialization strategy and organization. His goal is to accelerate growth by transforming the process of how NetApp approaches the changing customer landscape and uncovering new growth opportunities, particularly in the cloud.
Prior to joining NetApp, Cernuda was president of Microsoft Latin America and corporate vice president of Microsoft. There, he was responsible for all Microsoft products, services and support offerings in Latin America and accelerated the company's transformation for the "mobile first, cloud first" era.
Previously, Cernuda was president of Microsoft Asia Pacific, where he led the company's commercial and consumer products and service and support offerings. He also served as worldwide vice president of sales and field operations for Microsoft Business Solutions.
He oversaw the global marketing business of Microsoft ERP and CRM. Previously, he was vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions International, where he was responsible for sales, presales, channel, marketing, product, support and services. CEO George Kurian is also excited about the addition, saying, "Cesar's experience will drive value for our shareholders."
Experienced IT manager joins Forcam

25 years of management experience, Brigitte Falk is taking over Forcam's internal IT and digital marketing.
Brigitte Falk is now responsible for internal IT and digital marketing for lead generation at Industry 4.0 specialist Forcam.
The position is newly created. As CIO/COO, Falk reports to Forcam Managing Director (Co-CEO) Oliver Hoffmann, who is responsible for global sales. Co-CEO Hoffmann to the new CIO/COO:

With our ambitious growth plans, Brigitte Falk will be able to support us significantly in aligning our IT as well as our digital marketing even more effectively with locations on three continents."
The appointment follows the announcement of the new dual leadership at Forcam with Andrea Rösinger and Oliver Hoffmann. Brigitte Falk, born in 1963, is an internationally renowned manager with around 25 years of management experience in the IT industry.
Her focus is on the innovation environment, digitalization and agile working methods. She is also an expert in the development of strategic future scenarios in entrepreneurial collaboration with customers and suppliers.
Brigitte Falk began her career in 1996 at SAP as an oil and gas product manager. In the years that followed, she held positions in corporate development, innovation management and event management. In 2004, she took over the Business Operations department as Marketing Director.
Silke Richter is the new Head of Human Resources at Datavard

Silke Richter is the new Global Vice President Human Resources (HR) at software and consulting company Datavard. As Global Head of HR, she is responsible for the Europe and Americas regions and is in charge of global HR services.
"Silke Richter has proven expertise and a broad network in the IT industry and has international management experience"
says Datavard CEO Gregor Stöckler.

The task of the new HR Manager is to accompany the growth and business transformation and to take global HR to the next level in order to meet future challenges internationally.

Silke Richter comes from Honeywell and brings with her many years of management experience. At the industrial group, she most recently worked as Senior HR Manager EMEA. Before that, she was Senior HR Manager at the medium-sized software company TeamViewer.
Hinrich Mielke appointed to SAP Competence Center

Hinrich Mielke has been appointed by Adesso to the SAP Competence Center. Mielke, a manager with many years of experience and networking in SAP consulting and an occasional author in E-3 magazine, will be responsible for the SAP area in southern Germany at Adesso from Walldorf.
Adesso supports its customers with industry expertise, SAP know-how based on ERP, CRM and data analytics as well as its own line of business on consulting and development in the Microsoft environment.
Mielke, who holds a degree in engineering, previously worked in management positions at Devoteam Alegri and Realtech Germany and is also an honorary spokesperson for the DSAG working group "SAP on Microsoft Azure".

Michael Missbach expands SAP expertise at Rackspace

Michael Missbach continues to expand Rackspace DACH's SAP competencies. Rackspace started as a web host in the late 1990s and is now an IT services provider headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
The company is one of the largest representatives of its industry, and its customers include or have included GitHub, Vodafone and Mazda.
Michael Missbach joined Rackspace as Head of SAP Competence Center just over a year ago. With his team of experts, he is committed to driving SAP on Cloud forward at Rackspace.
To date, he has implemented the development and expansion of capacities for the implementation and operation of SAP systems on public cloud infrastructures. Currently, Missbach is primarily involved in knowledge transfer for customers on the practical operation of Hana and S/4.
In the future, his team is to grow both in terms of personnel and technology. Missbach brings many years of SAP expertise to his current position and has, among other things, built up the SAP Competence Center at Cisco. Michael Missbach was also previously Global SAP Architect at Syntax.
Darren Fields has been appointed vice president, Networking EMEA at Citrix, effective April 2020. Previously regional vice president, UK and Ireland at Citrix, Fields takes responsibility for the company's networking business across the EMEA region and expands partnerships.
Bruce Engelmann has been named chief technology officer of MSC Software (MSC). In his role, Engelmann leads research and development and is responsible for developing leading-edge technologies and solutions across the MSC product family.
Anthony O'Mara becomes VP of global sales at Avast Business. Prior to his move, O'Mara spent five years at Malwarebytes. O'Mara began his career in finance before moving into cross-functional management roles and eventually into sales at Avast.
Monika Mack is brought on board by Oxid eSales as the new sales manager. The business graduate will take over the management of the Oxid sales team in the future, focusing on new customer business and the implementation of sales targets to strengthen the company's presence.
André Panné is a new member of the management board at GIS. Panné is distinguished by 25 years of management responsibility in management consulting and interim management for companies in the ICT industry, in which he was primarily involved with digitization.
