AI for SuccessFactors
SAP has announced two new features for the SuccessFactors HCM Suite. The aim is to make day-to-day work easier and increase employee productivity.
The new digital assistant for SuccessFactors solutions is currently being tested with a limited number of customers in a beta program. It uses machine learning and guides employees through the respective application with spoken and/or written questions or commands and suggests individual actions.
The digital assistant draws on the SAP CoPilot and SAP Leonardo Machine Learning bot environment and offers a dialog-oriented user interface on the desktop or mobile device. It is also integrated into team platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams and seamlessly connected to the tools that employees use on a daily basis.
The digital assistant automatically learns and understands what an employee is looking for. The dialog interface can then be used to find information and initiate measures.
