More and more customers are using online retail and increasingly expect the familiar benefits in bricks-and-mortar stores too. The requirements for product availability, the individualization of offers and a convenient shopping experience are also increasing significantly in retail.
Tchibo has commissioned QSC to further digitize its existing IT landscape and business processes in order to meet this purchasing behaviour as well. This involves migrating selected SAP systems to Hana.
This makes it possible to retrieve and analyze all data records permanently and without any loss of time. This allows Tchibo to react even faster and more specifically to customer purchasing behavior.
