Simplified travel expense report

KPS helps Grundfos implement SAP Concur to make travel expense reporting easier and faster. The global solution was successfully developed and introduced in two stages for six countries. At the same time, knowledge was transferred to the Grundfos team so that they can now roll out the solution in the remaining countries themselves and KPS only has a supporting role. A global solution was developed, which was successfully introduced in six countries in the first two stages. KPS conducted several design workshops on site. The system configuration and integration with back-end systems was implemented remotely by KPS Concur consultants. The implementation was realized by the Grundfos Shared Service Centre in Budapest with the support of KPS. The solution will be rolled out globally by the Grundfos team in Budapest over the next few years.
