Axians presents Neo Suite
ICT system integrator Axians has developed the "Neo Suite" to digitize service and maintenance processes. The five modules of the integrated service management solution take into account all roles involved in the service process and their individual needs: Customers (Neo Service Portal), maintenance managers (Neo Predict), service managers (Neo Expert Service), dispatchers (Neo Schedule) and mobile technicians on site (Neo Mobile Suite).
Everyone involved can rely on a smooth service process thanks to the networking and transparent presentation of all data. The integration of the solution into the SAP landscape (ERP 6.0 and S/4 Hana) prevents redundancies and ensures that all data is always synchronized.
The innovations from Axians network all players in the service process for the first time without media disruptions and process redundancies and guarantee transparent communication. The five modules of the Neo Suite are connected via the Neo Bridge.
