Ciber presents a self-developed clarification management solution for accounts receivable and accounts payable. The Ciber Clarification Item Management (KPM) solution includes, among other things:
The introduction of a standardized communication platform, the replacement of e-mail dispatch and internal mail as well as the use of an electronic file with all necessary information on the clarification case in order to document processes and persons involved and to enable immediate access (including the possibility of resubmission and escalation).
The tool allows automated recording of payment deductions in the standardized clarification workflow integrated management information system, which provides the current status for each clarification case.
