Honico eBusiness, which specializes in SAP integration with non-SAP systems, worked with KPMG Crimsonwing to connect the existing SAP system to the Intershop online store for the Dutch company Mid Ocean Brands.
With over 50 years of experience, Mid Ocean Brands is one of the leading wholesalers in the European promotional gifts market. More than 10,000 retailers from over 40 countries worldwide trust the promotional products supplier, headquartered in the Netherlands, to deliver the desired products to their customers within 24 hours.
After winning the project, Honico was commissioned to seamlessly integrate the company's SAP applications into the Intershop solution with its iMan WebConnect to enable problem-free data exchange between Mid Ocean Brands' Intershop online store and the SAP system.
Additional product information is maintained in a product information management system (PIM) and also transferred to Intershop via IntegrationMan.
