SAP Contact Center from the cloud
Frings Informatic Solutions presents new features for the SAP Contact Center from the cloud. SAP Contact Center ECF (embedded communication framework), with which third-party applications can be quickly and easily integrated into SAP Contact Center on a widget basis.
SAP Contact Center thus supports the temporary investment protection of applications that have not yet been consolidated into the SAP E2E landscape. SAP Contact Center now enables big data analysis and data mining on the basis of the SAP Business Intelligence Suite (SAP BI Suite).
With SAP BO WebIntelligence, existing reports can be modified, used and shared. SAP BO Explorer, on the other hand, provides extensive options for analyzing, exploring, saving and sharing the data that SAP Contact Center collects.
