Optimized customer service
MobileX has won Warema Renkhoff as a new customer for the workforce management software MobileX-Dispatch and the mobile solution MIP for Field Service. With its intelligent solutions, Warema improves the energy efficiency of buildings and increases the value of real estate as well as people's quality of life.
With the introduction of the order planning and control solution and the mobile solution MIP for Field Service, Warema aims to increase efficiency in customer service and improve customer satisfaction. The rollout started in May. By the end of the year, all service technicians deployed throughout Germany and the dispatchers based centrally in Marktheidenfeld will gradually be working with the MobileX solutions.
