Application Management
The auditing and tax consulting firm Ebner Stolz has confirmed the high effectiveness of the service-related internal control system (ICS) for IT service/application management at SAP partner Innobis for the second time in a row.
The annual type B certification confirms to Innobis and therefore also to its customers that the defined processes and controls were fully and properly applied during the audit period and that the service provided therefore meets the required standard.
The ICS examined at Innobis comprises the ITIL processes of incident, problem, release, change, configuration and test management as part of the maintenance, further development and technical support of development and production systems. These include SAP banking modules and customized add-on modules, including online portals for end customers.
