Upselling strategies
Arithnea has comprehensively developed Fressnapf's online store for Germany. Among other things, the digital business specialist integrated the Payback bonus system into the Hybris Commerce solution for the European market leader for pet supplies and implemented behavior-based product recommendations based on the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
Thanks to Arithnea's further developments, Fressnapf now has better opportunities in its online store for cross-selling and upselling, retaining existing customers and acquiring new customers. Visitors can now collect and redeem Payback points directly in the company's online store and thus save money.
The digital business specialist's project team integrated the bonus program into the Hybris Commerce solution for Fressnapf and developed all the necessary functions for the store. Arithnea also implemented components of the Adobe Marketing Cloud at Fressnapf and created a behavior-based model for the online store's product recommendations.
