Koch Pac-Systeme is a new MobileX customer

MobileX has won Koch Pac-Systeme as a new customer for MobileX-CrossMIP, the service app for technicians, and MobileX-Dispatch, the deployment planning software. Koch Pac-Systeme is a specialist in individual blister packaging technologies for consumer goods, medical technology and contact lenses and is part of the Uhlmann Group.

With the introduction of the field service management solutions, the company aims to digitalize its service processes throughout and standardize the IT systems used within the Uhlmann Group.

Previously, the technicians at Koch Pac-Systeme documented their service orders and reports on paper. These were then signed and scanned by the team leader. Time recording was also paper-based. The introduction of the MobileX solutions has now created a service process without media discontinuity, which reduces the susceptibility to errors and speeds up the processing times of orders from notification to invoicing.
