The previous cumbersome order entry process was based on manual entry of order items. To reduce the customer service workload and avoid errors, Siemens Healthineers turned to Esker to find a solution that would automate, standardize and streamline the order entry process.
Following the results achieved in Italy, Siemens Healthineers has extended the partnership with Esker and is now implementing the order processing solution in subsidiaries in the USA, Western and Eastern Europe and South Africa.
