Swan scores highly at Great Place to Work
Swan is one of the top employers both in Bavaria and nationally. In the Great Place to Work competition organized by the international research and consulting institute of the same name, the project house for SAP logistics received good rankings for its workplace culture.
Swan is one of the 14 best ICT employers in Germany in the 50 to 100 employee size category and is ranked 16th among the best employers in Bavaria in the same category. The competition is largely made up of anonymous and representative employee surveys on the topics of trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect and identification with the company.
The competition is rounded off by a written cultural audit from the company management on measures and programs to create an attractive workplace culture. 85% of Swan employees voluntarily submitted to the institute's independent audit and gave the SAP project house a good ranking thanks to their positive feedback.
