Couchbase scores
The IT service provider Altoros has examined the query performance of the leading NoSQL database languages. Only N1QL from Couchbase was able to meet all the requirements in the performance benchmark.
NoSQL databases iron out the weaknesses of relational database management systems (RDBMS). They are particularly good at processing high volumes of semi-structured and unstructured data with many read and write operations.
Altoros has subjected the three major NoSQL databases to a comprehensive test in its latest benchmark report. The IT service provider compared the database languages in nine business scenarios across seven key figures.
The various application scenarios ranged from customer meetings, sales activities and searching for contacts to calling up the Google Natural Language API.
