Better networking in service and maintenance
MobileX presents version 8.0 of the Field Service Management Suite. The latest version offers a number of new features in the mobile solutions and in deployment planning.
This includes better networking of technicians and customers, daily reports and dashboards in MobileX-CrossMIP as well as new features in MobileX-SubConnect, the web-based solution for integrating subcontractors. In MobileX-CrossMIP, the mobile service app, the technicians' order-related and non-order-related working times are now automatically summarized in a "daily report" for time accounting, which can be individually adapted via configuration. Among other things, a "time clock mode" with start and end of day is available.
In addition, extensive rules can be defined for seamless time recording. In a dashboard, technicians can see at a glance how many hours they have worked per day and week, how many breaks they have taken or how long their travel times were.
In addition to the list view, the planned jobs and the actual times reported can also be displayed in a calendar view for each day and week. For ad hoc jobs on site, the technician can now also create a local job offline and record all feedback including service reports for this job.
