Add-on for service management
Realtech is providing an additional add-on for service management for the free dot4 cloud solution. It helps small and medium-sized companies to provide central business processes as services. A future-oriented Enterprise Service Management (ESM) can be set up on the basis of tried and tested functions for IT Service Management (ITSM). Since May, SMEs have been able to use the dot4 cloud solution to gain the digital transparency they need to service and automate their business processes. Just a few weeks after the launch of dot4, IT experts and decision-makers from around 600 companies have already determined their level of digital maturity. With the add-on for service management from dot4, users now have additional options for comprehensive servicing of the business model. Almost all operational services can be systematically cataloged and easily made available to employees or customers. "For many companies, dot4 is becoming the linchpin and anchor point for digital transformation in the cloud. Secure and free of charge, developed and hosted in Germany," says Peter Weisbach, Managing Director of Realtech and Head of the Digital Business Unit.
